A project for Umbra aimed at showcasing how a cohesive decor can be created using a variety of products, the Hospitality Deck was designed as a visual tool for the sales team. The goal was to demonstrate how different home goods could work together in a commercial setting, highlighting their adaptability within hospitality spaces.
To achieve this, I designed a fully realized hotel room, using a single space to stage a range of products. The environment featured commercial architectural details such as cast-in-place concrete, wood slats, carpeted flooring, and integrated ceiling lighting—creating a refined yet functional setting. Both wide and close-up shots were utilized to capture the overall aesthetic and highlight individual product details.
The project also included a bedside living space and a fully built-out bathroom to showcase bath elements. Thoughtful details, such as small-packed toiletries, hotel hang tags, pre-folded linens, and commercial-quality surfaces like concrete and marble tiles, reinforced the hospitality theme.
The entire scene was modeled in 3ds Max and rendered in F-Storm, providing a high level of realism while allowing for a flexible, product-rich composition. The result was a polished, immersive visualization demonstrating how Umbra products can seamlessly integrate into commercial hospitality spaces.
